Celebrate the Joys of Conservative Judaism
in Elgin at Shirat Shalom.

We are an independent Conservative and egalitarian educational and religious community/synagogue in Elgin. Shirat Shalom provides a full service Hebrew and Sunday School education which includes Bar and Bat Mitzvah preparation as well as a popular Lehrhaus program for teenage Torah study & Jewish education. Additionally, our Hazzan teaches adult level classes, both on Shabbat following kiddush and on weeknights.

Winter Clothing Drive going on now through November 23. Bring new or gently used coats, jackets, hats, gloves, mittens, sweaters, flanner shirts, fleece items and new blankets.
